Version 3.0
The public discussion process for the Portuguese adaptation of the BY-NC-SA 3.0 license draft is now finished, and the full Portuguese 3.0 licence suite has been launched.
Many thanks to all who contributed to the localization of the license suite. Creative Commons worked closely with FCEE-Católica and INTELI to create Portugal jurisdiction-specific licenses from the Unported Creative Commons licenses. The legal translation and adaptation of the 3.0 licenses were provided by Teresa Nobre.
For those interested in the porting process, both Portuguese and English versions of the draft BY-NC-SA 3.0 license are available, as is a summary of the substantial changes proposed by the legal team to port the licenses to Portuguese copyright law.

The public discussion is an open forum where everyone – from lawyers to active license users, from linguists to translators — is invited to contribute.
The BY-NC-SA 3.0 license draft adapted to Portuguese law is ready for public discussion. The Portuguese and English versions of the BY-NC-SA license are available, as is a summary of the substantial changes proposed by the legal team to port the licenses to Portuguese copyright law.

O projecto de licença BY-NC-SA 3.0 adaptada à lei portuguesa está pronto para discussão pública. As versões portuguesa e inglesa da licença BY-NC-SA estão disponíveis, assim como um resumo das alterações substanciais propostas pela equipa jurídica de forma a adaptar as licenças à lei portuguesa de direito de autor e de direitos conexos.
Se tiver comentários sobre as licenças, no que diz respeito aos requisitos legais, às questões linguísticas ou à usabilidade, sinta-se à vontade para usar a página de discussão da wiki ou a lista de e-mail da CC Portugal.
Os comentários devem ser submetidos tão cedo quanto possível, de forma a dar tempo suficiente para a sua revisão, portanto encorajamo-lo a postar na lista antes do final de Dezembro de 2010, data em que está previsto o encerramento da discussão.
