This is the home of the CC Use Cases project that looks at building clear high-level use cases of Creative Commons internationally. The project is initiated along with Creative Commons Australia. Our goal is to create a community-powered system for qualitatively measuring the impact of Creative Commons around the world.
The best place to communicate on this is through the cc-community mailing list and the #cc chat channel on irc.freenode.net. Join in the fun!
