Welcome to the MOU and Polices Summary Page!
As Creative Commons works to improve its Affiliate program and network, we want to ensure that our Project Leads and Affiliates are part of the process. To this end, we invite you to read the current drafts of our new Memorandum of Understanding and our updated policies that particularly impact our Affiliates. We encourage you to leave feedback.

Other Documents
For your reference, here are some other Creative Commons policies and documents that are not being submitted for review or comment by Affiliates. The policy and protocol are referenced in the MOU and are binding on Affiliates. The roadmap document may be of interest to you because all Affiliates will be expected (at or before signing a new MOU) to submit a Roadmap about the project(s) they agree to undertake in the MOU.
