I'm Alek Tarkowski, Public Lead of Creative Commons Poland. I also work as director of the newly formed Centrum Cyfrowe Projekt: Polska, a Polish think-lab based in Warsaw, devoted to building a digital society in Poland; and I am a member of the Board of Strategic Advisors to the Prime Minister of Poland.
