While I respect the author's wishes to protect himself from any commercial exploitation, I strongly feel that this page is grossly misleading.

The book is not licensed under any Creative Commons license, in fact, it's pretty far away from CC.

I'm going to revise the license section of this page in a few days unless there are well-reasoned objections.

Obviously the author does not wish to use any CC license, so he'd be better off avoiding CC altogether. It's no shame to use another license, there are excellent licenses available. --Thomas 20:47, 11 May 2009 (UTC)
