This page introduces potential projects for affiliates interested in advocating for the use Creative Commons licensing in schools. Please note that this is not intended to provide an exhaustive list of every affiliate project, but rather provide guidance on potential projects for the Creative Commons network.

- 1 Cross-sector working group or coalition: Develop a working group with organisations across the sector, including NGOs, professional development providers, unions, and potentially state entities to work together to promote and legitimise Creative Commons.
- 2 Government policy adoption: advocate with central or state governments for OER policy.
- 3 CC policy toolkit: adapt a CC policy toolkit for schools.
- 4 Open lesson plans: Lesson plans and ideas for teachers to use to learn and teach CC to students.
- 5 In-person outreach: begin a grassroots campaign with teachers on CC. Train volunteers and champions to scale this work.
- 6 Teacher training organisations: work with teacher training organisations to include CC in their educational programmes.
- 7 Platform: work with government, foundations or NGOs to produce a sharing platform or repository for teachers to share their OERs.
- 8 OER sprints or collaboratively resource production opportunities: organise collaborative OER production opportunities to write or hack new OERs for schools, to help model OER production.
- 9 Work alongside projects seeking to address technology issues in schools, such as access to internet or netbooks.
- 10 Camps or other in-person activities with students
