CC 3.0 Public Discussion
The latest version of the BY-NC-SA 3.0 license draft adapted to Irish law was open for public discussion in March 2011. The discussion phase is complete and we are now finalising the licences.

University College Cork (UCC) was founded in 1845 and is one of the constituent universities of the National University of Ireland.
UCC Law Faculty has an active research record in all areas of law, and offers a number of specialised LL.M. programmes, including one in Intellectual Property and e-Law and one in Criminal Justice.
