During the 7th Birthday of Creative Commons Poland we will, for the first time hand out "Otwieracze" (Openers), a yearly award for people and institutions promoting free culture and the use of CC licenses in Poland. The birthday will also be an opportunity for an informal meeting of the open / free community.
