Release 4.5 - Patches and Implement Five Feature Requests

• Integrate Snic and Marcus' patches for support (snic + rejon)
• Get Asheesh and http://freemusic.freeculture.org modules upstream! (asheesh + rejon)

• Pick five features to implement
  • Collaboration (Community) Support (Victor)
  • Generic "Share This" plugin (Tom Whitelaw + rejon)
  • Add email anonymous feature (rejon)
  • Inline editing of file (sign-up for it!)
  • Genericize charts support for default ccHost (sign-up for it!)

Release 5.0 - Media Hosting Wishlist

• Implement support for all major relevant components of Media Hosting Wishlist
• Genericize ccHost: Move cc-music-submit.php and other code specific to music so that base-ccHost is generic for any media type.
