8.30 - 9.00 am: Registration, interaction & introductions

9.00 - 9.30am: Opening Address - Moses Mulumba (Creative Commons Uganda)

9.30 - 10.30am: Introduction to Creative Commons, OER and digital media in Africa - Jessica Coates (Creative Commons), Catherine Ngugi & Grieg Krull (OER Africa)

10.30 - 10.45am: Break

10:45am - 1.00pm: Open case studies from Africa and around the world - Paul Assimwe (Creative Commons Uganda), Tobias Schonwetter (Open Air), Isla Haddow-Flood (Wiki Africa in primary schools), Kelsey Wiens (Open UCT), Isla Haddow-Flood and Abbas Mahmoud (Wiki-GLAM), Renata Avila (Libre Bus)

12.30 - 1.00pm: CC licences in Africa - Aurelia Schultz (Creative Commons)

1.00 - 2.00 pm: Lunch

2.00 - 3: 00pm: Topical break out sessions eg OER, Governments, GLAM, Health, East Africa etc. (unconference style)

12.00 - 1.00pm: CC 4.0 Licence Meeting

2.00 - 4.00pm: CC Regional Planning - CC Affiliates only

4.00pm: Social Tours to Kampala & Preparation for Departure
