  • Koktvedgaard, Mogens & Levin, Marianne, Lärobok i Immaterialrätt, 8th ed., Norstedts Juridik, Stockholm, 2004. (Swedish). A full coverage of Swedish IP law. Writen for law school students but still a good read for anyone who wants to understand Swedish IP law.
  • Levin, Marianne, Lärobok i Immaterialrätt, Supplement 2006, Upphovsrätt, Norstedts Juridik, Stockholm, 2006. (Swedish). A supplement covering recent copyright legislation and new case law.
  • Nordeman W, Vinck K & Herlin P, Urheberrecht und zum Urheberrechtsgesetz und zum urheberrechtswahmehmungsgesetz, 8th ed., Verlag W. Kohlhammer, Stuttgart, Berlin, Köln. (German)
  • Schricker, Gerard (editor), Urheberrecht, Kommentar, C.M. Beck’sche Verlagsbuchhandlung, München, 1999. (German)

U.K. copyright law

  • Cornish, William Rodolph & Llewelyn, David, Intellectual Property: Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks and Allied Rights, 5th ed., Sweet & Maxwell, London, 2003. A text book on U.K. (and EC) IP law for law school students, but well worth reading for everyone who needs a primer on the subject.
