NetHui 2011 is a three day event with multiple streams of community and issue-specific discussions. The overall theme of NetHui 2011 is “Shaping the Future Together”, which covers broader issues of Access, Cybercitizenship, Governance, Openness, Education and more.

Harvard University Professor of Law Lawrence Lessig will deliver a keynote address on the final day. Lessig describes the issues under discussion at NetHui as “critical,” as they set the stage for New Zealand’s contribution to the future of networked action. “I am delighted and honoured to join NetHui 2011,” he says.

Auckland’s SkyCity Convention Centre, from 29 June to 1 July.
