Describe the project you are proposing as clearly as possible in just five sentences.


We want to make a free sound drama and affiliated music materials database website of below characteristics : 1. Break the space and time limits – people can listen to the drama anytime anyplace by downloading the track from website. 2. Remake for free- people can use all sound materials in the website to in their works, we expect to see more creative feedback, maybe our drama will be sampled into a techno song!

Detail the tangible project output (e.g., paper, blog post, written materials, video/film, etc.; this would be in addition to the final written report that successful grant recipients will be expected to deliver to CC at the conclusion of the project).


Our tangible project output will be a website database which including sound materials.People can use our sound materials.

Describe the community you are targeting. How would the project benefit the community?


Our TA are 20~35 years old students, office workers, and art worker.

(1)20~35 tears old Students, office worker are main group participating in art event in Taiwan. Also, internet is the main media in their life. We hope our project provides them a chance to easily approach drama art and makes drama art be popular in their society group by internet promotion. (2) In addition, we hope our project provides materials for young art worker who maybe has a little money but many good ideas.br />

What is your relationship with the community you are targeting? Why are you the best individual/organization to lead this project? Do you have prior experience in related projects?


1. Our team and our TA are the same in ages and social position, we can put ourselves in our TA’s position. 2. Our team is composed of experienced art worker : team position name profile selected list art director PeiYU,Shih Art director of Flying-group theatrical company director ShiahShaih writer, drama director 2009/ The One Who Boild The Sea, director 2008/ Tangled Hair, Taipei Poetry Festival, director 2007/ Taipei Poetry Festival, opening show sound design, programmer Blaire, Ko musician, writer, programmer, visual, animation and film maker, internet and mobile system designer 17th,20th Taiwan Golden Melody Awards winner 36th Taiwan Golden Bell Awards winner

How will you measure and evaluate your project’s impact - on your main participants? Other contributors? On the larger community?


We expect measure our project impact in 3 ways : 1. User sessions / Files downloading times. 2. Media exposure 3. visitor’s feedback

How many participants do you expect to be involved in your project? How will you seek and sustain their involvement?


We need about 30 coworkers art director *1 director *1 sound design,programmer *1 visualizer *1 executive produce *1 rehearsal assistant *1 promoter *1 sound actor *20~25

Describe how your project will benefit Creative Commons' mission to increase the amount of creativity (cultural, educational, and scientific content) in "the commons".


We promote Creative Commons' mission to media by our good media relationship. In addition, we have positive Taiwan CC mission supporter Lim Giong's support.

Describe what technologies and tools your project will use. What kinds of technical skills and expertise do you bring to the project? What are your technical needs?


we use css tool and java to build a website.

What challenges do you expect to face, and how do you plan to overcome them?


People maybe not very know what to do with the sound materials we supply. We will take 3~5 funny video as a sample that will be transcribed on internet frequently.

How do you plan to sustain your project after the Creative Commons funding has ended? Detail specific plans. How do you plan to raise revenue to continue your efforts in the future?


We will try to make us to be a big sound database and to find financial cooperating with commercial producer, movie producer ... Our team have experienced movie incidental music writer so we ca easily find cooperating partner.

How can this project be scalable, or have a scalable impact?


This project can be scalable by crossover with many other art such as music, video, game ...In addition, not only sound drama but also special sound which can be used in flexible way we would like to collect.

What resources and support do you expect Creative Commons to provide to your project to ensure its success (if any)?


We maybe need help in information management, for instance, how to build a friendly online sound database.

Describe how your organization currently communicates with its community members and network partners. (100 words)


We now communicate with students and office workers who interesting in drama art. Generally speaking, most of them are highly internet user and fashion follower.
