Saylor.org is a repository of free, openly licensed, OER based courses on a variety of subjects.

Overview

Saylor invests in aggregating the best of OER content from across the web and builds its own online courses. They are also running an open textbook competition which will award $20,000 for the production (or buyout) of openly licensed textbooks.
