Description: FHI 360 is soliciting proposals for a subcontractor to develop and administer at least five Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for English language learners under the English Access Microscholarship Program (Access), sponsored and funded by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA). The project will support the creation and administration of an innovative set of MOOCs that learners outside the United States can access online and via mobile devices worldwide.
