NonCommercial Restrictions

SInce our goal is to promote and educate the world about OER, when getting into the details, we might want to introduce people to the debate over NC restrictions. That is to say, there is a lot of controversy over whether "open educational resources" should include works licensed with noncommercial restrictions. We might want to point out on this page, or link to something in a footnote that this is a point of contention. We might even want to indicate that a work can be used for noncommercial purposes without explicitly having an NC-license. Lastly, we should help direct people toward the fact that it is unclear what "NC" means.
