iCommons is an organization that runs an annual summit bringing together participants in various commons-oriented movements and publishes articles from participants year-round on its site.

Creative Commons traditionally hosts a "legal day" and other workshops at these summits. See iCommons Summit 2008 for information on CC at the upcoming summit.

Disambiguation

Note that iCommons is not to be confused with Creative Commons international, which coordinates legal porting and other CC activities around the world with jurisdiction project teams. iCommons was incubated by CC but is now an independent organization.
