Jennifer Yip is the Operations Manager for Creative Commons.

I am interested to use Second Life as a vehicle to show off CC licensed art, movies/video, music, spoken word/poetry (anything that can be displayed/streamed/typed in-world) for creators interested in sharing their work...We have been planning monthly events as a "virtual" salon for people living in different parts of the world to communicate and collaborate.
I would like to encourage any feedback about how to include educational programs in our events. Can we be of use in elementary/middle/high school, university/adult education classrooms? There are a multitude of online resources, how can we apply them? Teachers and students are welcome to get involved!
