Creative Commons Poland is proud to invite everyone to the first meeting of the [http://creativecommons.pl/salon Polish CC Salon] in Warsaw. The meeting, titled "Godzilla or Gone With the Wind? Internet and Cinema" will focus on issues of open culture in relation to movies and filmmaking. We plan to devote the rest of the meeting to a discussion sparked by short presentations by Leszek Bogdanowicz, head of the interactive TV project at [http://www.itvp.pl/ TVP], the national Polish broadcaster; Jarek Jaworski, independent filmmaker and organiser of the [http://www.festivaltoffi.pl/index.php?akcja=&art_id=&lang=en TOFFI Toruń Film Festival]; and Alek Tarkowski, CC Poland lead who will present the "Enthusiasts archive project".

2nd Polish CC Salon was organised together with the association of Polish wikipedians (Stowarzyszenie Wikimedia Polska). Jimmy Wales was the guest of our salon, which was organised together with the 5th anniversary of Polish Wikipedia.
