Every site should have a Terms of Use (TOU) page. The TOU lets your users know the rules for visiting and using their website and what they can or cannot do with the content on your site, whether that content consists of blog posts or complete research papers and educational videos. A TOU section, however brief, is the best way to communicate rights and restrictions to the user.
