  • Notes: This is the online open video archive of NTT (Nippon Telecommunication&Telegraph) ICC, a media art center located in Tokyo that has promoted artists and activated discussions on new media and artistic expressions since 1997. ICC is one of the biggest-sized, private-run museums of the world, along with such organizations as the ZKM (Center for Arts and Media) in Karlsruhe,Germany, and Ars Electronica Festival in Linz, Austria.
