Film Annex has integrated CC licensing for users to upload their films under the license of their choosing. Each license is its own Web TV, for example see: http://attributiontv.com/. Also see their post on why they support CC: http://www.filmannex.com/posts/blog_show_post/why-film-annex-supports-creative-commons/5434 and CC's interview with Film Annex: http://creativecommons.org/weblog/entry/20865. Additionally, revenue from the license Web TV channels is donated to CC monthly.
