|Description=The legislature intends to jump-start efforts toward the development of high quality openly licensed K-12 courseware aligned with the common core state standards by directing that one and one-half percent of the moneys currently appropriated for textbooks and curriculum be used by the office of the superintendent of public instruction solely for the development of openly licensed courseware aligned with common core state standards to be made available at no cost to school districts.
