Description: The Office of Global Educational Programs of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), U.S. Department of State, is pleased to announce an open competition for proposals to advance the Bureau's objectives of mutual understanding between the people of the United States and those of other countries, specifically through advancing U.S. student mobility, through the development of a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Building Study Abroad Capacity at U.S. Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). This MOOC is a component of the Department's engagement on expanding and diversifying U.S. study abroad through its new U.S. study abroad branch.
