Error regarding marking requirements

Hi. I just realized an error in this page. I wondered if I should go ahead and correct it - I might indeed do that later.

If you distribute or publicly perform an adaptation, you do not have to keep intact notices that refer to the license of the Work. That kind of requirement exists for a non-adapted work, but not for adaptation. The explanation on this page says that the requirement exist for adaptation, citing 4(b).

If you read 4(b) of CC-BY 3.0 Unported [1], or CC-BY 3.0 US [2], you can see that the requirement is not there.
