In the flavor of the Creative Commons Salon, the CC Party is a great way to expand Creative Commons ideas to a audience with the ideas of throwing a good party. This idea comes from both planning the upcoming 4th Birthday Party for Creative Commons and a nice post by CC Poland's Alek Tarkowski on the iCommons.org site for doing international CC Party events.

Alek states on the icommons.org story:

The CC Party is a brilliant way of reaching out to young people, who otherwise wouldn’t learn about CC. While they aren’t as educational or informative as CC Salons, they are a great mix of promotion of commons-related ideas with some fun and entertainment.

This is a new idea, so please help plan out the general structure of the next CC Party at the Birthday Party page. This will be developed along the lines of CC Salon to have an easy-to-make-your-own-recipe to throw your own CC Party.
