Open Design Now is here! Open design is the future – discover why design will never be the same. Exclusivity is history: by opening up the design process and sharing information & technology, everyone can be a designer and make almost anything.

Successfully launched at DMY International Design Festival Berlin on the 2nd of June, the book will now be presented to the Dutch creative community.

Journalist & writer Tracy Metz will lead the discussion on the implications of open design with the authors & editors of the book and:

Michelle Thorne (Mozilla) Brian Garret (Freedom of Creation) Massimo Menchinelli (openp2pdesign.org/Aalto University) Open Design Now is the result of a collaboration between Creative Commons Netherlands, Premsela, the Netherlands Institute for Design and Fashion, and Waag Society, Institute for Art, Science & Technology.
