Translation process

4.0:

The team collaboratively prepared the first draft and discussed it with other legal experts associated with CC Ukraine team. A draft was posted on the website and social media pages and a Google form was created to collect all the comments and feedback.

During the public comment period, the translation draft was published on the CC Ukraine website and received a number of valuable comments. In the final days of the public comment period, CC Ukraine organized a small meeting with legal experts interested in open licenses where they summarized comments received and prepared a final draft.

Shortly after the translation was published, the team presented it publicly at a dedicated event, a special session of Committee on Telecom, IT and Internet Law of Ukrainian Bar Association. Read more info in Ukrainian and see some photos from the event on FB.
