-A second round of comments on BY-NC-SA was sent on 7/03/2016. The uploaded HTML files were sent on 7/25/2016, for proofing and fixing up by the Polish team. The new files were received on 8/08/2016. The files were staged on 8/27/2016. The Polish team didn't do any changes, but HQ found some necessary changes on the final review.
