The formal Summit program runs from 10:00 Thursday 15 October to 18:00 Saturday 17 October. An optional opening night event will be held prior to the conference on the evening of Wednesday 14 October, and a mini-conference on affiliates issues will also be held during the day on 14 October. Optional social events will be organised on Sunday 25 August for attendees who want to spend some time seeing Seoul.
