The Agreement is the framework for Romania to spend the allocated EU funds during the next budgetary period.

The strategic document for the Operation Program Human Capital is including a similar reference.

These documents define the general framework for developing new programs in education. The next step is launching calls for proposals and financing the programs. Thus, the next advocacy goal is to make sure that the same principles are translated in these calls for proposals.
