Please help fix the table! This is meant to be a more detailed version of Books, and the attempt at a detailed table is based on Case Studies.
Creative Commons licenses are not only for wikis, or for self-published work such as blogs. A number of books have also been published under a Creative Commons license, sometimes by major publishers (showing that a CC license can be used while making a profit).
This table lets you sort by fields including license type and publisher.
