License Discussion
Version 4.0
The public discussion process for the common Portuguese translation of the BY-NC-SA 4.0 license draft is now opened.
If you have comments about the licenses, whether in regards to legal, linguistic or usability issues, please feel welcome to use the wiki’s discussion page or the CC Portugal mailing list to share your thoughts.
- Portuguese BY-NC-SA 4.0 license draft (Português, Google Doc)
- Glossary developed by CC Portugal and CC Brazil teams (Português, Google Docs)
Version 3.0
The public discussion process for the Portuguese adaptation of the BY-NC-SA 3.0 license draft is now finished, and the full Portuguese 3.0 licence suite has been launched.
Many thanks to all who contributed to the localization of the license suite. Creative Commons worked closely with FCEE-Católica and INTELI to create Portugal jurisdiction-specific licenses from the Unported Creative Commons licenses. The legal translation and adaptation of the 3.0 licenses were provided by Teresa Nobre.
For those interested in the porting process, both Portuguese and English versions of the draft BY-NC-SA 3.0 license are available, as is a summary of the substantial changes proposed by the legal team to port the licenses to Portuguese copyright law.
- Read the wiki's discussion page or the mailing list discussion archives
- Ported Portugal BY-NC-SA License (Português, PDF)
- Ported Portugal BY-NC-SA Re-translation (English, PDF)
- Summary of Substantial Changes (English, PDF)
