Although this Policy provides guidelines for determining copyright ownership, faculty are strongly encouraged to clarify issues of ownership and revenue sharing by specific written agreements with the Technology Transfer Office at the outset of the project or otherwise as soon as practicable.<br /> <br /> Any Work that is not clearly governed by this Policy or by University Policy and Procedure 6-4 (Patents and Inventions) will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis by the University Technology Transfer Office in consultation with the appropriate University administrators.</div>
