I've just discovered the "Ssection" mistake and luckily found this page by googling for "Ssection". This page isnt easily findable.[http://www.google.com/search?q=errata+site%3Acreativecommons.org+-site%3Awiki.creativecommons.org+-code.creativecommons.org+-inurl%3Atag] I think it would be useful to mention this wiki page at the top of each page of legalcode. 		+	Tomo: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You are right that the BY-SA section with the incorrect "Applicable License" is the part in (iii). In the BY-NC-SA license, the incorrect "Applicable License" is in the 4th sentence. The requirement intended is that adapters/licensees must keep intact notices that refer to the [original] License applied by the Licensor, not the license chosen by the adapter/licensee (which is the "Applicable License"). I've updated the errata page to the correct parts of 4(b). Let us know if this doesn't clear up the confusion.

(III) You must keep intact all notices that refer to the Applicable License ... with every copy of the Work as included in the Adaptation You Distribute or Publicly Perform;
		+	** Here "keep intact all notices that refer to the Applicable License" is slightly confusing. It may be better to say "to this License."
		+	**BY-SA 3.0 Australia 4.c.iii does not have that strangeness, because it says "to this License"

		+	I wonder, now I think about this, if the errata is wrong. Referring to "the Applicable License" might be correct.

		+	The reason is that if a licensee change the license for an adaptation/ derivative work the licensee is distributing, what you want is a copy or URI of the license after the change, not that of the original work's license.
