Korea University firstly launched open courseware 2009, after signing in OCW consortium at March, 2007. Now on spring of 2009, Korea U provides 29 lecture materials for 10 departments-departments of Technology, Law, and Education etc. Korea U set a plan to widen materials gradually. Sookmyung Women’s University launched beta-version of SNOW. SNOW is a open knowledge platform for sharing higher intellectual contents. February 2010, preparing official launching at upcoming March, now SNOW provides open platform its users with variety of intellectual movie clips from TEDx, YouTube, including regular lectures of MIT, Wharton School, Starford, UC Berkeley and other higher education institutes.
