Join Auraria Library as we celebrate Creative Commons 10th Anniversary in Colorado.

We'll have an information table set up in the Library's first floor with information about Creative Commons, and we'll explain how all your scholarly and creative works can be licensed using the various CC licenses.

Examples of works that can take CC licenses include written works, art works, musical recordings, and videos.

We'll also explain the role and advantage of the different Creative Commons licenses in scholarly open-access publishing.

The table will be staffed by librarians from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. We'll have videos, printed information, and maybe even some birthday cake to help celebrate ten years of Creative Commons.
