The CORE-Materials Open Educational Resources project is making a significant number of the many existing learning resources in Materials Science and Engineering freely available online. By sharing and promoting these resources, licensed under a variety of Creative Commons licenses, the UK Centre for Materials Education will ultimately enhance the student learning experience throughout the whole Materials community.  &lt;br /&gt;
