CC License Support for Jokosher

Jokosher is an open source multi-track audio editor. CC can be integrated both at the license level (adding a license to a Jokosher file, preferrably using liblicense) as well as at the re-use level (enabling content creators to find and reuse tracks available under CC licenses). A successful implementation of the former will require coordination with the Jokosher developers; Jokosher's extension system may suffice for the latter.
